What we're looking**
* for:Proven experience working in a similar environment within catering and hospital
* ity.Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and engage te
* ams.Experience in managing P&L accounts with solid financial awaren
* ess.Knowledge of current Health & Safety requirements (CIEH / COSHH / HAC
* CP).Self-motivated with excellent communication ski
* lls.A passion for delivering outstanding food quality and front-of-house servi
