What you’ll do on a typical day:
Manage inbound/outbound deliveries using SAP and Transporeon
* Create pick notes, assign tasks; Monitor task progress and escalate delays to site management
* Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and system updates
* Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive culture and drive site efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in inventory/stock control and warehouse admin
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
* SAP, WMS and Transportation Management Platform experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Background in 3PL and fast-paced environments is a plus
