A leading legal-tech consultancy is looking for a talented derivatives lawyer to join their expert derivatives team.
You'll help maintain and develop multi‑jurisdictional content covering netting, collateral, pre‑trade due diligence and global derivatives regulation.
The role
* Updating and producing legal analysis for digital publication
* Working with counsel globally to commission and review legal opinions
* Contributing to the development of new products
* Supporting subscribers through training and guidance
* Monitoring and summarising key regulatory developments
The requirements
* Strong derivatives experience (4–7 PQE)
* Excellent drafting, analytical and technical skills
* Confidence working with complex cross-border legal matters
* A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
* Someone who enjoys distilling complex legal issues into clear, concise explanations
