Behaviour Mentor We are seeking a resilient and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with students who may display challenging behaviour, providing one-to-one and small group support to help them: Re-engage with learning Develop positive behaviour strategies Achieve academic and personal goals This is a highly rewarding role for someone who can stay calm under pressure, build trust quickly, and adapt to meet the individual needs of each student.
