Position: Maintenance Plumber

Pay Rate: £21 p/hr (Umbrella)
Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance plumbing tasks across multiple buildings.
* Tasks could include: bathroom and kitchen repairs, system maintenance, leaks and pipe damage.
* Ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
* Respond to reactive plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance requests.
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address site-wide issues.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a plumber in a similar setting.
* Minimum Level 2 qualification, ideally Level 3.
* Own tools required.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
