We're seeking caring, committed individuals to join our Bank Staff, providing vital support in our children's homes when we need cover.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting children with their daily routines - from waking up, mealtimes, and school runs to bedtime
* Organising and taking part in fun, engaging activities that build confidence and social skills
* Helping with homework, appointments and therapeutic sessions
* Preparing meals and encouraging children to join in, building independence and life skills
* Completing household tasks and keeping accurate records
* Creating a calm, supportive environment that helps children feel safe, valued, and listened to.

Who we are looking for?
We'd like to hear from you if you:
* Have experience working in care, education, youth work, or a similar setting (desirable not essential)
* Are compassionate, resilient and motivated to support young people
* Want to make a difference in the lives on children and young people
* Can be flexible to work a range of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

You will earn £12.33 per hour, plus £70.20 for each sleep-in shift
