We’re growing... and as we expand our roster of SEO clients across Google and TikTok, we’re launching a brand new role for someone who lives and breathes search, visibility, and digital discovery .
This isn’t your standard SEO position. You’ll still be doing the good stuff, keyword strategy, on-page fixes, audits — but with a modern twist: helping brands show up where their customers are now ... and that includes TikTok
We’re not looking for a TikTok creator. We’re looking for someone who gets how platforms work, how discovery happens, and how to optimise for visibility on both Google and TikTok.
About the Role
You’ll be joining Fratelli at an exciting time, as we level up how we support ambitious brands online. Your role will focus on:
SEO Strategy & Execution – Helping brands scale through smart, structured organic tactics that improve visibility and performance on Google.
TikTok Discovery & Shop Visibility – Supporting our growing roster of TikTok Shop clients with keyword research, product visibility improvements, and helping shape how their products show up and sell on the platform.
Growth-Focused Strategy – Working with the wider team to drive results across D2C, retail, and lifestyle brands — blending classic SEO with new-gen social commerce insights.
You’ll be at the heart of something new, shaping how we deliver discovery services in a fast-changing landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running SEO audits and shaping client strategies
* Creating keyword maps, optimising site architecture, and briefing content
* Supporting product discovery on TikTok Shop through titles, descriptions, keywords & tagging
* Reviewing performance data (Search Console, TikTok data, Looker Studio) and recommending next steps
* Collaborating with PPC, creative, and influencer teams to align campaigns and messaging
* Staying ahead of trends in both traditional search and emerging platforms like TikTok
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
* Have 2+ years experience in SEO (agency or client-side)
* Understand how to build and optimise sites for visibility and user intent
* Are curious about how product discovery works across different platforms
* Are excited to experiment with newer channels like TikTok Shop not to post content, but to make sure brands show up
* Love analysing performance data and using it to drive decisions
* Communicate well and enjoy collaborating across teams
Bonus Points For:
* E-commerce SEO experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Seller Center
* Any exposure to affiliate/UGC strategies or product tagging on TikTok
* A personal side project, blog, or TikTok you’ve optimised for fun

Salary Range is between £28-36k per year based on XP
