SEAT / SKODA Admin Hub We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to come and join our team at our SEAT/SKODA Admin Hub Responsibilities In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle orders and customer records. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately invoicing and taxing vehicles in a timely manner Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to support a clean and reliable database Ordering vehicles from the factory and managing their progress through to delivery Coordinating subcontract work and ensuring all documentation is complete Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers If you thrive on precision, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and want to be part of a supportive and driven team— we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator. Kerridge experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the right applicant. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
