Lead the development and execution of onshore wind power projects, from early-stage feasibility through to construction and handover to operations. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and local partners, ensuring deliverables are met according to project timelines and budgets. Identify and evaluate suitable sites for wind farm development, manage permitting processes, and ensure compliance with environmental, grid connection, and health & safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, permitting authorities, and regulatory agencies. Prepare, track, and report on project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress to senior management. Support contract negotiations, procurement activities, and provide input to financial models and investment decisions. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and support the expansion of Arise’s onshore wind portfolio. Your Profile
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or a related field. Experience (minimum 3 years) managing or developing onshore wind, solar, or large-scale renewable energy projects. Proven ability to deliver technical projects to time, budget, and quality standards. Solid understanding of permitting processes, grid integration, and environmental requirements for wind projects. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Scandinavian languages is an advantage. Strong administrative skills and fluency with MS Office, particularly Excel and project management tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
