* Title: Marketing Support Administrator
* Type: Permanent
* Salary: £23,000
* Location: Brighton - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Being the main contact for community reps, handling emails and calls.
2. Uploading events to the website within two weeks, ensuring details are accurate.
3. Collaborating with Health & Safety to flag and escalate issues from event plans.
4. Tracking event attendance and online activity for reporting purposes.
5. Updating website and community pages using the CMS.
6. Assisting community reps with digital tools and email access.
7. Processing invoices and tracking spending to stay within budget.
8. Sending out letters, promotional items, and event supplies as needed.
9. Supporting meetings and events by organizing attendees and preparing documents.
10. Ensuring all community documents and information are current.
11. Helping run online groups by creating quizzes, surveys, and other content.
12. Supporting larger projects as required.
13. Following data protection and health and safety regulations.
14. Ensuring all marketing activities follow approval processes and compliance rules.
15. Adhering to brand guidelines in all work.
16. Attending occasional offsite or after-hours meetings.
Candidate Profile
To be considered, you should:
* Have experience in a similar role or a keen interest in marketing with some related experience.
* Be confident using MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Have strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
