Partner / Director – Commercial Property (Renewables)

Service Care Solutions is working exclusively with a growing and highly regarded law firm to recruit a Partner or Director to join and expand its Commercial Property (Renewables) team.
ROLE:
* Acquisition of wind, hydro and solar sites
* Renewable energy projects across hydro, wave, tidal, onshore and offshore wind
* Strategic commercial property advice linked to major infrastructure projects
The role is Edinburgh-based, with opportunities to travel across the UK to meet clients and develop new business.
About You
* 7+ years’ PQE in commercial property
* Preferably Scottish qualified, or dual-qualified (Scotland & England)
* Strong experience in renewables and energy projects
* Commercially minded and confident in business development
* Operating at Partner/Director level, or ready to step up
