We are looking for a passionate and experienced Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator to lead and support our Healthy Lifestyles Team across North Lincolnshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to help reduce health inequalities and support people to make positive, sustainable changes to their health and wellbeing.
You will play a central role in shaping and overseeing evidence-based stop smoking, adult weight management and food-related interventions, with a focus on communities that experience the greatest health challenges. Working closely with residents, healthcare professionals and voluntary organisations, you will help ensure services are welcoming, accessible and make a real difference.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, coordinate and develop inclusive, high-quality community healthy lifestyle programmes
2. Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team
3. Build strong, collaborative relationships with communities, GPs, healthcare providers and partners
4. Promote services within under-represented groups and help remove barriers to engagement
5. Ensure services are evidence-based, quality assured and aligned with best practice
6. Use data, insight and feedback to continually improve outcomes and reduce inequalities
7. Oversee recruitment, training, performance and development of staff and volunteers
8. Manage budgets and ensure delivery against agreed targets
9. Represent the service locally and contribute to wider health and wellbeing priorities
Who we are looking for someone who:
10. will bring experience of delivering community-based health, wellbeing, sport or leisure programmes, along with sound knowledge of tobacco dependency and adult weight management
11. will be confident leading people, working in partnership and using data to shape services around local need.
You will also have:
12. Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills
13. Experience supervising or managing staff or volunteers
14. Confidence working across health, community and voluntary sectors
15. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams
16. A flexible approach and willingness to travel across North Lincolnshire

Additional Information:
The role involves a blend of office, community and home working. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
