Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development?
We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Business Development Consultant to drive growth by developing strategic relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Service Providers. You’ll initiate conversations that lead to project delivery and recruitment collaboration opportunities.
About the Role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new B2B customers in the MSP/IT services space.
You’ll work closely with our Delivery and Recruitment teams to offer tailored solutions that add real value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage prospective MSP and IT Service Provider clients
* Initiate conversations around IT project delivery and recruitment support
* Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Delivery Managers, Talent Leads)
* Understand client needs and pain points to pitch relevant solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement
* Collaborate with technical and recruitment delivery teams
* Attend industry events and networking functions to grow your pipeline
About You:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, MSP, or recruitment sectors
* Strong understanding of IT project delivery models and tech hiring challenges
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter, target-driven, and strategic thinker
* Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
