Job Requirements

* 3+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor, working in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a cross-functional team
* B2C experience (fintech experience is ‘a nice to have’ but not a pre-requisite)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Case studies and experiences that evidence your impact on the products you’ve worked on
* Experience working with native apps as a Product Manager


Job Responsibilities

* Use quantitative and qualitative data to help inform product decisions, and initiate data analysis or research studies where we need more data
* Work closely with your Product Design peer to ensure user needs are met within a high-quality product experience
* Take big problems and big ideas and break them down into smaller, more actionable steps - we want to validate hypotheses rapidly and efficiently
* Help set and track relevant metrics and OKRs, ensuring your work aligns with the company’s goals. Support the team in identifying and adjusting KPIs where needed.
* Work with engineers to design, build and maintain our services, ensuring they are built with scalability and performance in mind
* Communicate key updates from your product area across the wider business to ensure alignment
* Model best practice behaviours and activities in both product management and teamwork
