We seek HCPC Registered Physiotherapists who are enthusiastic and eager to apply their MSK skills in a unique environment. Prior remote work experience is not required, as full training and all necessary IT equipment are provided.
The Role
As a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist at IPRS Health, you will conduct virtual assessments of MSK patients, signpost to appropriate treatment pathways, and manage your own caseload using our digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual physiotherapy services to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct telephone and video assessments, manage your clinical caseload, and ensure accurate documentation in line with IPRS standards.
* Deliver and advise on evidence-based treatment plans.
* Utilize clinical reasoning and current evidence to ensure correct patient management and appropriate referrals.
* Make reasonable recommendations for further treatment or referrals based on clinical experience and evidence.
* Work towards key KPIs specific to virtual physiotherapy.
* Serve as a clinical point of contact for non-clinical staff seeking advice or information.
* Participate in clinical audits as directed.
* Maintain professional development to stay current with clinical evidence and practices.
* Handle queries promptly and professionally.
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the clinical service.
* Comply with data protection policies.
* Support business development activities, including tenders and presentations.
* Ensure service provision aligns with local and national initiatives, policies, and standards.
* Contribute to clinical innovations and initiatives.
* Perform any other duties compatible with the role as required.
