Role Summary We are looking for a self-motivated Aircraft Mechanic, you will be using your experience in aircraft maintenance for all maintenance activities, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in response to our customer's requirements. You will assist the Engineer with supervising, mentoring, and delegating resources as needed to ensure the smooth running of operations, while meeting Part 145 maintenance requirements, internal processes, and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will uphold our values and culture and mentor those under your supervision. Main Responsibilities Carrying out maintenance of aircraft as defined by our customer's requirements/List of Work. Working in accordance with company procedures and Human Factors philosophy, using only correctly maintained and uniquely identified personal tooling, company tooling, and calibrated test equipment. Managing internal and external relationships with customers, team members, and support departments, taking an active role in mentoring colleagues. Ensuring correct completion of all maintenance paperwork and forms before the end of each shift, in accordance with MOE Part 2 and procedures. Informing Engineers of any adverse issues affecting safety, productivity, or work progression.
