The Role As Behaviour Management Officer, you will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, and senior leadership to promote positive behaviour and support students who may be facing challenges in the classroom. Key responsibilities include: Supporting students with behaviour and engagement across the school day Working with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to address behavioural needs Implementing behaviour support strategies and restorative approaches Monitoring behaviour systems and supporting interventions where required Assisting with safeguarding and pastoral support processes Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies where necessary You will help create a calm, supportive environment that enables students to succeed both academically and personally.
