About the role
Digitalising our selling practices is an essential strand of IAGCs business strategy encompassing the design and creation of our fully digital capabilities. Transforming the future of sales today to achieve scalable growth tomorrow.
This role will spearhead many aspects of this transformation, defining the changes and leading their innovation. This is also a sales role, and the candidate will be expected to execute digital sales growth strategies, leveraging data and emerging technologies to meet ambitious KPIs.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must leverage complex data to identify and propose innovative tools or AI solutions to tackle new problem statements, this person will be accountable for the delivery of these initiatives within the business.
What you’ll do
* Drives scalable digital sales growth by defining and executing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
* Leads the strategic direction of digital sales campaigns and tracks their effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Leads business change by developing and integrating innovative digital sales capabilities, embedding them into the commercial ecosystem for lasting impact.
* Builds and maintains robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
* Leverages advanced analytics to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimisation opportunities, driving strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious digital KPIs.
* Identifies, evaluates, and implements cutting-edge technologies and tools to optimise digital sales strategies, ensuring adoption of industry-leading practices that enhance growth and efficiency.
* Champions AI/ML-driven transformation, driving automation, scalability, and personalisation across digital sales processes.
* Pilots, scales, and embeds new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into the digital sales ecosystem for long-term impact.

* Proven track record of implementing innovative technologies or processes.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting datasets and delivering change.
* Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
* Interest in AI/ML concepts and their application to digital transformation.
* Strong ability to identify and implement emerging technologies that drive results.
