Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor -Yeadon
Start: Immediate | End: End of July 2025Full-Time | Office-Based | Competitive Hourly Rate
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our long-standing law firm client based in Yeadon, who are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor to provide interim cover on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a confident and capable solicitor to step into a busy private client team and manage a case-load with minimal supervision.
Key Details:
* Start date: Immediate
* End date: End of July 2025
* Location: Office-based in Yeadon
* Working hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
* Hourly rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Role:
* Managing a full and varied case-load of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration
* Meeting clients, taking instructions, and preparing legal documentation
* Handling files from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues in a professional manner
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal processes
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in Private Client law
* Proven ability to manage a case-load independently
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Available to start immediately and commit through to end of July
