My client, based at their head office in Fort William, oversees a group of companies and is currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their established finance team. You will play a key role within a dynamic finance department that supports all divisions of the group, delivering a full range of services including management accounts, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and tax compliance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Accounting Leadership ·Oversee the full accounting function across the group, working closely with the Payroll and Accounts Manager. ·Support and coordinate a team of up to 12 staff across payroll, sales, and purchase functions. ·Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial systems and processes. Financial Management ·Take responsibility for timely month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and preparation of management reports. ·Assist the Finance Director with annual audits and other third-party audits. ·Report regularly on the company's financial performance to Group Directors and the Management Board.
