What You Will Do:
• Manage and activate commercial partnerships within the motorsport function, including marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality activities.
• Facilitate regular planning meetings and workshops with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and PR strategies in collaboration with the motorsport communications team.
• Oversee partner brand approvals and deliver partner events, both at race locations and away from the track.
• Track and manage rights against contractual deliverables, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Measure and evaluate campaign success, producing insightful reports and utilising agency consultancy support.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in the sports or motorsport sponsorship industry, ideally managing top-tier partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and financial planning expertise.
• Experience in strategic partnership campaign development and execution.
• A proactive and commercially astute mindset, with the ability to thrive in a global motorsport environment.

Location:
This position is based at Gaydon, Warwickshire, with flexible working options and occasional domestic and international travel to partner events and race locations.
