SEN Teaching Assistant SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialism in Challenging Behaviours: Are you calm under pressure, confident in your behaviour management skills, and passionate about supporting children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs? If so, this SEN Teaching Assistant role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet could be your ideal next step. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN TA with a specialism in challenging behaviours to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school has a strong focus on emotional wellbeing and resilience, and works hard to provide a nurturing environment where every child feels understood and supported. This is a part-time, permanent position suited to someone who can bring energy, empathy, and effective behaviour strategies to the classroom. You will be working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and a wider team of professionals to support students in accessing learning and reaching their full potential.
