As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned. About the role The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients. Building and developing strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses) Building and developing strong relationships with clients Obtaining staff availability Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner. On call responsibility About you You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication. You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven. You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination experience within either domiciliary or complex care. You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
