Bathroom Sales Designer
This is an area with great potential for development and growth. We are looking for an experienced person to drive this area of the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. Working in our new showroom in Sidcup, you will bring a passion for design and customer service, a driving licence is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Guide customers through the full bathroom design and sales process.
2. Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
3. Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Pro-actively generate new business.
6. Provide excellent customer service.
7. This role will involve working alternate Saturday mornings.
Qualifications and Skills
8. Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
9. Sound knowledge of bathroom products
10. Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar is preferred.
11. Confident dealing with customers
12. The ability to build great customer relationships.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
