To work within a small team providing an efficient, responsive, high quality technical and general clerical service to staff of the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team and in particular responding to requests for service from the public via the Council’s Call Centre, and entering service requests for the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team.
You must be able to remain calm, diplomatic, and approachable in stressful and pressurised situations and deal with people showing a variety of emotions including aggression, whilst still providing an effective service.
You will also be required to deputise for the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team Coordinator in his/her absence.
Contracted hours Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour lunch and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with an hour lunch.
