SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (WATER / WASTEWATER)
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000
2 – 3 days a week in WARWICK

1. Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects or workstreams within water and wastewater programmes, ensuring robust planning, governance and execution from mobilisation through to handover.
1. Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex water and wastewater projects, translating strategic objectives into effective delivery plans and outcomes. The role requires strong leadership across planning, governance, assurance and execution, working collaboratively with engineering, operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the expected time, cost and quality expectations.
* Plan, manage and deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule and budget.
* Lead project governance, reporting, assurance and change control.
* Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
* Coordinate engineers, consultants and delivery partners.
* Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure time, cost and quality requirements are met throughout delivery.
1. Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience delivering water or wastewater projects.
* Strong programme controls, planning and reporting capability.
* Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in regulated infrastructure environments.

* Projects delivered on time, on budget and to required quality.
* Clear, trusted reporting and governance.
* Strong stakeholder confidence and engagement via CSAT score.
