Salary: £52,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Confidently understand and interpret Microsofts roadmap for Windows & Office Communicate technical changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Deliver high-quality advisory, consultancy, and presentations Manage complex incidents and engage with multiple stakeholders Work collaboratively across internal teams, customers, and third parties Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for Windows & Office Pro Plus Feature Releases Analyse and communicate Feature Release changes to internal teams and customers Translate new Microsoft changes into hardware and application impact assessments Serve as the single point of contact for technical queries and escalations Investigate deployment failures using SCCM and Intune Own and resolve 3rd-line incidents via the Remedy queue Implement remediation activities to enhance service performance Present detailed Feature Release impact reports to Service Management and customers Technologies: Hardware Windows More: We are partnering with a market-leading service provider to recruit a Microsoft Build Specialist responsible for understanding and communicating Feature Release changes for Windows and Office Pro Plus.
