Description Design and Production Associate Manager Salary: Circa £41,725 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours, Permanent position Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, Cardiff Hybrid working opportunity, office presence required once per week About the job Situated in the Quality and Planning Department, this is a key role in the Development & Innovation Hub (D&I), where the job holder supports innovative projects, trials and proofs of concept. They will work in collaboration with the Assessment Development and Delivery team to support effective project management of D&I work for assessment. They lead through the application of their deep knowledge and exemplary understanding of assessment practices and processes. Responsibilities The Assessment and Operations Office has full accountability for the development (design and production) and delivery (publishing and awarding) of high-quality assessment materials and candidate results for each examination session for the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Career Related Programme (CP). In addition, a dedicated practical Development and Innovation Hub works in three areas: Creation and banking of additional innovative DP/CP content Future proofing of authoring principles and approaches Trialling of production and publishing methods Reporting to the Senior Manager, Development and Innovation Hub, the post holder will provide support within the Quality and Planning department on IB Strategic Initiatives. Qualifications About You Interest and knowledge of both assessment and innovation Experience in gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback and data Relevant qualification in project and programme management. Proven experience of managing projects Firm understanding of end-to-end assessment development and delivery concepts, principles, practices and procedures. Proven experience in process management in a relevant professional environment. Ability to demonstrate resilience and a flexible mindset; able to respond to changing priorities and deadlines. Experienced in budgeting, resource allocation and project management.
