The Role
We're seeking a compassionate, proactive Support Worker with at least 5 years' experience in the care sector. You'll play a key role in promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing, and embedding best practice across daily routines.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care and support plans
* Champion safeguarding, dignity, and inclusion
* Support with daily living, health appointments, and community access
* Use proactive behaviour support (PBS) and de-escalation strategies
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to evidence systems
* Collaborate with families, professionals, and internal teams
* Uphold CQC standards and contribute to inspection readiness
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in adult social care
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and PBS
* Confident communicator with excellent teamwork skills
* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or above (preferred)
* Passionate about inclusion, rights, and continuous learning
* Hold a valid driving licence
