Sales Team Leader – Drive Performance & Develop Talent Location: Romford Area Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 basic Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000) Sector: Contact Centre / Financial Services We're working with a growing consumer-facing business in the financial services sector. Known for their strong internal culture and commitment to development, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Sales Team Leader to take ownership of a high-performing telesales function. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for motivating your team, identifying coaching opportunities, and driving both sales results and service standards.
