Job Overview
As an Audi Connectivity Genius, you will ensure customers have full access to the MyAudi App and related services. You will work alongside the aftersales team to offer connected handover and service request activation, become an expert in Audi Connect, and handle any customer queries.

Responsibilities
* Contacting customers following their visit to the service department to ensure their experience met expectations.
* Handling customer concerns and assisting in the resolution of any dissatisfaction issues.
* Providing a warm welcome to customers on site, including offering refreshments where appropriate.
* Discussing Audi Connect services and service plans with customers during their visit.
* Producing reports and providing administrative support for the management team.
* Updating customer satisfaction and performance notice boards on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Computer literate
* ‘Can do’ attitude
* Experience of working to targets and KPI’s
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to manage own workload
