The Person
* Experienced in luxury food & beverage operations with strong supervisory skills
* Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated with a genuine love for hospitality
* Calm under pressure and confident in managing competing priorities
* Skilled communicator who inspires and supports team members
* Willing to learn, multitask and develop into future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Delegate tasks, communicate effectively and manage team workflow
* Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
* Support annual and mid-year appraisals for direct reports
* Maintain strong knowledge of POS systems, cash-up and rota processes.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
