🌟 We're on the lookout for a passionate & experienced Team Manager to support our Children in Care services across North & Mid Devon!
This role adds vital capacity to our amazing team, helping create better outcomes for children & young people 💚
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
👥 Support & oversee two existing teams
🪑 Chair meetings & give day-to-day guidance
⚖️ Assist with court work & key decisions
🚨 Help with urgent matters when needed
🧑🏫 Focus on team supervision & development
✅ What We're Looking For:
📌 Experienced TM in Children in Care
🤝 Strong people & leadership skills
🚀 Calm under pressure & team-focused
🏢 On-site at least 2x per week
