A well-established Legal 500 regional firm, re looking to bring in a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Private Family team in Market Drayton.

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters including:
* Divorce
* Financial remedy and financial relief
* Domestic violence matters
* Children Act applications
* Emergency applications
* Adoption and Special Guardianship matters
You will handle matters from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on the best legal strategy and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout. The role will also involve working with the firm’s case management systems and collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider team.
About you
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* At least 1 year PQE in private family law
* Strong working knowledge of financial relief
* Experience managing litigation matters
* Organised, proactive and confident with clients
