Personal Injury Senior Solicitor - Associate Solicitor | 4PQE+ | Glasgow or Edinburgh
A brilliant opportunity for an experienced personal injury solicitor to join a growing personal injury specialist in either Glasgow or Edinburgh office- playing a key role in the expansion and development of the current team of solicitors. Following a highly successful 2025, this pursuer personal injury specialist is looking to recruit a further Senior Solicitor or Associate Solicitor to manage a varied personal injury caseload, chiefly covering motor injury, and play a crucial role in the support and development of the wider qualified team. Not only does this opportunity afford the incoming solicitor genuine autonomy over their caseload, there is also the opportunity to be involved in people management and trainee supervision, supported by the wider senior leadership team.
The Firm:
* National Personal Injury specialist specialising in pursuer injury.
* Highly established, nationally recognised, team of legal experts.
* A proven advocate of internal training and development with several of the firm's junior solicitors progressing within the firm from Solicitor to Senior Solicitor and Associate.
The Role:
* Manage a challenging pursuer personal injury caseload- chiefly focusing on motor injury.
* Be an available source of support and mentorship from trainees and junior within the team.
* Provide clients with the most effective legal advice during challenging periods of their life.
* Be a pragmatic and effective member of the wider, national, personal injury team.
* Attend and support the wider firm and personal injury team during networking and business development opportunities.
The Candidate:
* Scottish qualified Solicitor with a background in personal injury litigation.
* Passion for Pursuer Personal Injury, RTA or Clinical Negligence matters.
* A minimum of 4PQE gained within a respectable Personal Injury team.
* Dedicated and professional working manner.
