The role
As a Collaboration & Relationship Management Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a vital role which ensures the effectiveness and success of the Collaborative Business Relationships (CBR) for key stakeholders across the programme.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for ensuring performance evaluation and continual improvement in the activities covered by the CBR. Furthermore, they are responsible for identifying and defining the key individuals and their roles involved in collaborative initiatives and ensuring they have the appropriate skills to support a collaborative approach.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders for all matters in developing, managing, and troubleshooting collaborative relationships.
* Develop opportunities to enhance communications with partners, contractors and key stake holders are ensuring they are consistent and transparent and aligned with the Skynet contractual obligations.
* Develop, implement and lead stakeholder engagement plans in alignment with programme objectives and timelines. Maintain a programme wide assessment of the relationships between teams and workstreams and identify any risks (threats and opportunities) to improve/mitigate.
* Troubleshoot the root cause of specific areas of relationships becoming ineffective and lead them to improvement.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
