About the role We are looking for a Cascade Learning and Engagement Administrator to join our Learning & Engagement team and help deliver the exciting Celebrating the Cascade Learning and Engagement Project. This role is vital to the successful running of the project and will provide key support to our Learning & Engagement Manager, Interpretation Editor, and Facilitator. This is a varied role and your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following: Supporting all administrative aspects of the Cascade Learning & Engagement project. Liaising with internal teams, external partners, communities, and schools to coordinate workshops, site visits, and outreach. Managing enquiries, booking processes, and supporting volunteer and facilitator scheduling. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and accurate records of attendance, feedback, and project KPIs. Administering the Cascade Access Fund, helping underrepresented communities and school groups participate by subsidising transport. Supporting finance processes, including raising purchase orders and helping with end-of-month payroll procedures. Supporting the scheduling of the Celebrating the Cascade Oral history project. Helping to organise training records, health and safety documentation, and communication materials. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, for a fixed-term duration of 30 months. Flexibility will be needed to work occasional evenings or weekends if required. About you This role will suit someone who is super organised, has strong administrative skills, is proactive, and able to communicate confidently with people from all walks of life. You will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and have experience of handling data and managing digital systems or databases. You must be a team player who can also work independently with a positive attitude and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure. Previous experience supporting learning and engagement programmes would be a bonus, but not essential. Further details can be found in the attached document.
