Senior Support Worker – Southampton - £13.61 per hour
Typical shifts: 7.30am – 2.30pm, 2pm – 9.30pm, 7.30am – 9.30pm, including weekends on a rota.

About the Role
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. You’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You can allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support with supervision, order medication and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Responsibilities
* Allocate shifts and round‑round rosters.
* Book and book‑in training sessions.
* Induct new colleagues and support their development.
* Assist with supervision of staff and maintain service standards.
* Order medication and manage medication documentation.
* Ensure residents are supported to manage finances.
* Provide daily care and support to residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker with the following experience and qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and those who have experienced trauma.
