In this role, you will: perform comprehensive patient assessments create and implement personalised care plans deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care maintain accurate patient records This role covers both medical and surgical wards and includes some inpatient dispensary work. Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: a current and valid GPhC registration experience working on hospital wards (medical and/or surgical) strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday (4–5 days per week), with flexibility where possible.
