About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school in Liverpooll. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people who require a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Support students with SEMH needs through tailored teaching strategies.
* Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with SEMH students or in alternative provision is highly desirable.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
