Project Support Coordinator
A highly organised and proactive individual with experience in the construction industry is required to provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and site teams.
The role will involve coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules, as well as liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and attention to detail, and be confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems.
This varied role combines general project support with some PA responsibilities and requires a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
* Coordinate project documentation and maintain project files
* Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
* Support with ad hoc office administration

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
