Do you have exceptional administration experience? You could be the Warranty Administrator we are looking for.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. The role includes:
1. Managing all aspects of warranty and goodwill policy and procedure.
2. Accurately submitting claims daily and weekly.
3. Monitoring warranty reports regularly.
4. Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
5. Checking invoices and credit notes.
6. Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes, and procedures.
We seek someone who is highly organized, conscientious, with proven administrative experience, exceptional PC skills, and superb attention to detail. Confidence and strong communication skills that inspire trust in colleagues and customers are essential. A driving license is required.
