Food & Beverage Team Leader
Location: Appletree Country Park, Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Variable hours - some evenings and weekends required
Salary: £13.21 per hour - paid weekly
What we need in a nutshell
We’re looking for an experienced team leader who loves being where the action is. You'll be making everything run smoothly, leading shifts and getting stuck in yourself in our onsite restaurant and bar, making sure our guests want to come back again and again.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading by example and motivating a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service in our busy bar and restaurant.
* Managing rotas so we always have the right level of cover.
* Identifying and sharing best practice, including upselling effectively.
* Controlling margins by working with FOH and kitchen teams to manage food stock, minimise wastage and control costs.
* Dealing with customer complaints and managing performance within your team.
* Building a motivated team that delivers delight even when exceptionally busy.
* Working on bank holidays and weekends as required.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced and busy F&B environment.
* Experience of driving revenue.
* A problem‑solver who can manage difficult situations well.
* A champion in delivering excellence in customer service with evidence of previous successes.
* Level 2 hygiene certificate (preferred, but can be trained onsite).
* Experience in a holiday park is an advantage.
