We also deliver Facilities Management services, and we are looking for an experienced Joiner who can deliver high‑quality joinery maintenance works to join this team, working together with other site‑based trades to achieve its ambitious goals.

Role responsibilities
* Carry out all types of joinery works, ensuring the standard of work is of the highest quality
* Work on multiple customer sites across the North West, ensuring deadlines are met and our KPI performance is maintained
* Review drawings and ensure work is carried out in accordance with instructions given
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the companys Health & Safety regulations
* Be customer‑focused and build great relationships with everyone you work with
* Carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand‑held device
* Order materials
* Other duties as needed
Requirements / Qualifications
* Someone who has experience within the FM industry (desirable)
* A level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (desirable)
* Interest in working on our fire door maintenance programme and willingness to undertake an accredited training programme to become a certified fire door maintainer and installer
* Comfortable working autonomously and potential to become a supervisor as we grow this division
* Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail and passionate about quality
* Confident communicator who likes to work collaboratively & is comfortable building relationships with a range of stakeholders
