About the Role


You will be responsible for validating and processing orders in Salesforce.com, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards. This role involves collaboration across teams and requires strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Validate and process sales orders in Salesforce.com through to invoicing.
2. Ensure accuracy of quotes and billing to support timely revenue recognition.
3. Build effective working relationships with sales and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and governance.
4. Collaborate with fulfilment colleagues to uphold workflows and audit standards.
5. Provide consistent, high-quality support to international customers.

Requirements

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
7. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
8. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
9. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
11. Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
