Job Description
3. Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments of various properties.
4. Create detailed reports outlining potential fire hazards and suggest mitigating strategies.
5. Work closely with the construction team to ensure all projects adhere to fire safety regulations.
6. Provide fire safety advice and guidance to clients and team members.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry best practices.
8. Regularly liaise with fire safety bodies and regulatory authorities.
9. Participate in site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
10. Promote a culture of fire safety awareness within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fire Surveyor should have:
11. A degree or qualification in Fire Safety, Building Surveying, or a related field.
12. Practical experience working as a Fire Surveyor within the property and construction industry.
13. A deep understanding of fire safety regulations and guidelines.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. High level of detail orientation and organisational skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
