This position sits in a matrix organization and reports to General Counsel. Key tasks and responsibilities Supports the legal team with preparing various legal documents such as templates, contract termination letters, debt claims letters, etc., Reviews contracts and creates comparison tables; Conducts occasional legal research and assists the legal counsels with updating template agreements; Carries out corporate secretarial work, such as for example arranges signatures of contracts, power of attorneys, financial statements and gathers information for drafting powers of attorney and connects with the corporate secretarial provider; Supports General Counsel AFEMEA & ASC in management of legal budget and forecast, the legal vendors billing management and reporting; Serves as the main point of contact with legal vendors for their billing; Supports the legal team in litigation overviews; Manages the SharePoint sites for the AFEMEA & ASC Legal team; Supports the department with the drafting of presentations, training materials, communications, spreadsheets, policies and SOPs; Communicates with outside counsel and assist with the collection of documents and information needed for fact investigation of claims/litigation or for other matters; Performs other tasks as may be required.
