Engineering Manager – Kings Lynn – £55,000 - £70,000
ACR are working with a well-established manufacturer who are the market leaders in their field. Joining a high performing engineering division you will be responsible for developing and leading on all key engineering processes, systems and workforce across a number of different business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and motivate a team of multi skilled engineers across the site, highlighting areas for development and applying your technical knowledge to assess continuous improvement
* Develop and implement robust preventative maintenance systems (PPMs) to drive a culture of proactive engineering rather than reactive maintenance
* Deliver a number of engineering projects across the site to drive efficiency and operational safety
* Take responsibility for the business Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to monitor KPIs and engineering performance
* Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to think strategically and help drive the business forwards
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience working as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead or Team Leader within a manufacturing facility
* Must have knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering
* Either have NEBOSH already or be willing to study for this qualification
* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to budget and run cost saving projects
* Must have the full right to work in the UK

* Starting salary of between £55,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent upon experience
