Social Care Recruitment is seeking compassionate, resilient and dedicated Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 1117 with emotional and behavioural needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference and who are looking to progress their career in childrens residential care including completing their Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
Shift Patterns
* Day shifts: 8:00am 8:00pm
* Night shifts: 8:00pm 8:00am
* Minimum commitment: 3 shifts per week
* Opportunities to pick up additional shifts
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide consistent emotional, practical and behavioural support
2. Maintain a safe, nurturing and positive living environment
3. Promote independence through structured routines and life skills coaching
4. Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
