Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Working Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction void properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within specified timelines. This role offers an opportunity to lead teams, manage resources, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.
Duties
* Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards
* Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
* Monitor progress and report on project milestones, adjusting plans as necessary
* Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise productivity
* Working on void properties
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly
* Assist in resolving technical or logistical challenges that may arise during project execution
Qualifications
* Proven management experience within the construction or engineering sector
* Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams on-site
* Background on construction trade, (painting, carpentry, plumbing etc.)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering are desirable but not essential
